Audience feedback from June WIP:

“Not wanting to make a fool out of myself I focused hard on the instructions given and followed them accordingly. It was only after when I reflected on the experience, I realised that feeling of discomfort and not wanting to draw unwanted attention to myself made me more malleable and susceptible to following orders. Perhaps an insight into one of the ways in which oppressive forces function - by creating a sense of discomfort and unease people become more impressionable by ideology and order.”

“The performance gave me a deeper appreciation for the power and importance [of art] in resistance to colonial oppression and erasure of culture”

“Powerful, grounding, educational, poignant, unapologetic”

In the heart of Berlin, I stand by the Children’s Transport Monument,
where whispers of history unfold,
a tale etched in iron that is untold.
