Call Out: Exhibition Assistant

We are seeking an Exhibition Assistant to support the delivery of a new installation as part of the Inquest Artist Residency Unjust Deaths Programme.
The installation transforms data on deaths in and following state contact into a living memorial and demand for justice.
The Exhibition Assistant will work closely with the lead artist Sînziana Cojocărescu to:
Find practical and creative solutions to exhibiting the installation
Support the physical installation of the work. This may include builds.
Ensure the space remains respectful, safe, and accessible for all audiences.
Liaise with the artist and venue staff on any technical or practical needs.
Person Specification
We are looking for someone who is:
Organised, reliable, and attentive to detail.
Comfortable working with sensitive subject matter, including grief, justice, and state violence.
Confident in engaging with members of the public in a thoughtful, empathetic manner.
Interested in socially engaged art, memorial practices, or community work.
Details
Dates: 3 days between Dec 1st and Dec 11th.
Location: London
Hours TBC
Fee: £200/day
