About

How can a Palestinian woman protest?

In 12 sessions across 3 months artist Sama Rantisi and a cast of 6 Muslim/Arab women, predomintaely Palestinian (non-actors) will devise a show exploring what it takes to resist in an increasingly policed state.

In light of the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act, QUA celebrates resilience, protest and solidarity while exploring the limits and dangers of one’s intersecting identities.

QUA develops the skills & creativity of women rarely able to express themselves artistically and tells complex stories about an identity systemically excluded.
QUA means stregth in Arabic.
